Terms of Use

Welcome to Quantum Planning & Management (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. General Information

The App is provided by Quantum Software (“we,” “us,” or “our”). It is designed to assist tradesmen, including plumbers, electricians, and service professionals, in managing their jobs, scheduling appointments, tracking tools, and sending invoices.

2. Use of the App

  • Eligibility:
    The App is suitable for users of all ages. However, users must ensure they have the legal right to enter into binding agreements if subscribing to paid features.
  • License:
    We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or business purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
  • Prohibited Uses:
    You agree not to:
    • Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
    • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App.
    • Use the App in a way that may harm our services or interfere with other users.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscription Details:
    The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions for enhanced features, including job mapping, invoicing, tool tracking, and supplier management.
  • Pricing:
    • Prices will be clearly displayed on the App Store.
  • Auto-Renewal:
    Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
  • Refunds:
    All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support in accordance with their policies.

4. Privacy and Data Collection

  • iCloud Data Storage:
    The App uses Apple’s iCloud service to securely store and back up your data, including job details, customer information, photos, and tool records. All data is stored on your personal iCloud account and is not collected, accessed, or stored by Quantum Software. You have full control over your data through your iCloud settings.
  • No Data Collection by the Developer:
    We do not collect, store, or access any personal data from users. All information remains on your device and within your iCloud account. We do not share any user data with third parties.
  • Device Permissions:
    To provide full functionality, the App may request access to certain device features:
    • Camera Access: Used to take photos of products, tools, and job sites for your personal records and invoicing.
    • Location Access: Used to display job sites on a map and assist with navigation.
    • iCloud Access: Used to back up your data securely to your iCloud account for recovery and syncing across devices.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property within the App are the property of Quantum Software or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Disclaimer:
    The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
  • Limitation of Liability:
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or financial losses.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the App in a manner that harms our services or other users.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Please review this page periodically for any updates.
